When you request access or subscribe to the letter, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, firm, investor type and anything you choose to tell us.
How we use it
To reply to you, to check whether you qualify to invest, and to send the quarterly letter if you asked for it. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.
Analytics
We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that do not follow you across other sites.
How long we keep it
We keep access requests for as long as we need to handle them and to meet our legal duties. You can unsubscribe from the letter at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Write to ir@exhibit99.fund and we will reply within 30 days.
